MY APPROACH
Person-centred psychotherapy, developed by Carl Rogers, is based on the belief that everyone has the potential to heal and grow. This approach recognises that people of all ages need a safe, compassionate, honest, and non-judgmental space where they can be themselves and feel heard and understood. It trusts you are the expert in your own life, knowing that real change comes from within.
